How it Works...

Week 1: Ordering & Payment

Once your order has been confirmed by us we

will be requesting a depositi of 30% of the list value

of the goods ordered. Payment can be made either

through a bank transfer or personally through our

office in Bali. We will furnish our bank details as

soon as your order is placed.

Week 4: Shipping delivery

There are three options available for delivering
your goods:
(1) Full container load (FCL)
(2) Less container load (LCL) cost per cubic meter.
(3) Airfreight
Please ask for a quotation to your country, don't
forget to give us the port of delivery.

Week 5: Your goods depart from Bali

Your order will be ready to depart from the Bali.

This will be comfirmed from our office in Bali. At
this stage we will be requesting a final payment for
the cost of purchasing your goods. In addition we
will be requesting pre-payment for the cost of
freight delivery cost.
The official "Bill of Lading" will be forwarded to you
via courier service approximately 7 days prior to
the goods arriving at the port of embarkation.
The bill of lading is the official documents which
enables goods to be passed from the country of
of origin to the country of destination. The bill of
lading is also establishes the ownership of goods
to the customer.

Minimum quantity advice

Please note: We do not recommernd purchasing
goods with a volume of four cubic meters or less.
This is due to the initial cost shipping for the first
cubic meter.

Terms and Conditions

1. The ordering process begins immediately
following 30% of the funds for goods being
received by Graven Image.
2. The supply of goods and the freight delivery
are separate services.
A. The Graven Image buying agency are
responsible to the maintain the quality of goods
and packing preparation for shipment.
B. Any defects in product should be reported to
Graven Image within seven days of receiving
the shipment.
3. The shipping documents (Bill of Lading) will
be forwarded to you via courier service
following the payment for freight and goods.
The Bill of Lading will be despathed 10 days
prior to shipment arriving at port destination.

& Insurance Cover

The supply and purchase of goods via our agent
service and freight forwarding delivery are two
separate services.
Althought the freight and shipping companies
are appointed by Graven Image, it is the sole
responsibility of the Freight company to safely
deliver your goods.
Insurance is included in cost of the shipping.
However the insurance offered by the shipping
line only covers limited liability.
It covers liability in the event of the vessel or
container being lost at sea or if the containers is
damaged or defective resulting in damage to
your goods. (Full details of total liabilities can
be obtained from the shipping line)
A more comprehensive insurance cover by a
independent broker is available at premium of
1.5 % of the cost of goods.
Our comment: In 17 years of container shipping,
only two claims for damage have ever been
made. The shipping services are both safe and
reliable. In our experience only a very small
percentage of our customers have used the
additional insurance covers.
Breakages & Claims
Claims for breakages or damages can be made
to the freight forwarding company.
Claims can be made through our office at
Graven Image. We will deal with all claims on
your behalf.

3. A full inventory of damaged & broken goods
must be submitted to our Graven Image office
within seven days of receiving your shipment.
4. All damaged goods must be supported by
photographic evidence.
